WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
Our classes are designed for all levels. You can choose to do all classes without equipment. We give you the options to level up with resistance bands, dumbbells, ankle weights, block and a pilates ball.
HOW DO I RESERVE A CLASS?
By signing up you have access to our classes and you can join at any time!
WHAT CLASS TYPES DO YOU OFFER?
If you’re not familiar with precision pilates, don’t be intimidated, just start with Basecamp. Our expert instructors will guide you and offer any necessary modifications. Our class types fall into 4 categories and progress in strength. Starting with Basecamp moving up to The Climb, Elevation and finishing up at The Summit.
